IXOM is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hilditch, including associated entities Hilditch Oilchem and Hilditch Oils.

Hilditch is a leading supplier and distributor of chemicals in Australia, with strong expertise in base oil products used across the automotive, agriculture, mining, and transport sectors.

The acquisition of Hilditch supports IXOM’s strategy of investment in its core chemicals markets. It adds additional scale to IXOM’s already 1million tonne bulk liquid and gas distribution business, and the combination of IXOM and Hilditch’s shipping and supply chain capabilities further enhances an industry leading distribution network.

Hilditch’s product portfolio and customer base are highly complementary to IXOM’s existing operations, extending its reach into adjacent industrial sectors and unlocking new opportunities in automotive and industrial lubricants.

The transaction reinforces IXOM’s position as a market leader in chemical distribution and logistics across Australia and New Zealand.
