Bryce Wolfe
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Bryce was appointed Managing Director and CEO in 2024, having originally joined IXOM as Finance Director and CFO in 2014.
With considerable experience in complex commercial environments across a range of global businesses, he is committed to delivering long term value and ensuring IXOM continues to grow safely, whilst Solving our Customers’ Challenges and ensuring that employees remain at the heart of our organisation.
Bryce is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Matt Coghlan
Chief Financial Officer
Matt joined IXOM in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of international finance experience across Australia, Southeast Asia, China, the US and the UK, where he worked across a range of commercial finance roles covering strategy, M&A, corporate finance. He has a deep understanding of growth strategy, executing major commercial transactions and has a passion for cultivating strong teams and delivering commercial outcomes.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Penny Griffits
Executive Vice President – Chlor Alkali
Penny joined IXOM in 2016, and since 2019 she has led IXOM’s largest business unit, Chlor Alkali, with a focus on supplying critical chemicals and technology solutions to the Water market, as well as Mining, Food & Beverage and other industries.
She has over 20 years’ commercial and technical experience in technology commercialisation, manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma, business development, strategy, M&A, and general management.
Penny holds a Master of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and First-Class Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of NSW, where she held an industry Co-op Scholarship. She is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Nikki Gerling
Executive Vice President – Traded Products
Nikki has led IXOM’s Resources, Transport, Agriculture, Industrial and Bitumen markets since 2020, with a focus on bulk liquids & gases and packaged chemical portfolios.
Prior to joining IXOM, Nikki spent 25 years in the petroleum and automotive sectors. A highly experienced executive, she has worked across roles spanning sales, marketing, strategy, operations, and supply chain management.
Nikki has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has previously served on the boards of the Australian LPG Association and the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association and is the current President.
Sean Eccles
Executive Vice President – New Zealand
Sean leads IXOM’s New Zealand business with a strong focus on process cleaning Solutions, water, energy, industrial, and agricultural markets. He is passionate about creating a work environment that facilitates effective teamwork, high standards of quality, health and safety and a culture of respect and fairness.
Sean is a proven leader with over 35 years of industry experience in manufacturing and commercial roles. He began his career in technical roles, followed by management roles interfacing with customers across the water, pulp and paper, dairy, food and beverage, petrochemical and industrial sectors.
He is an industrial chemist by qualification with post-graduate diplomas in Surface Coatings and Management.
Bevan Tippett
Executive Vice President – Life Sciences
Bevan Tippett joined IXOM as Executive Vice President of Life Sciences in 2025.
Bevan is an experienced FMCG professional with over 30 years’ in general management, marketing, sales, and supply chain roles throughout the Asia Pacific region.
He has a proven track record of business transformation, leveraging strategic and commercial skills to inspire people through his transparent leadership and open communication style, with a focus on safety, career progression, and team culture.
Bevan holds an MBA from the University of NSW.
Marc Roehl
Executive Vice President – Watercare
Marc leads IXOM's Watercare business, which is predominantly based in North America, with a growing presence in Europe and Australia. He has over 30 years of experience in the water industry in a variety of leadership roles in NYSE-listed and privately owned organisations within North America.
Marc has a deep experience in the water treatment industry with a background in civil and environmental engineering. Marc has a passion for customer care and talent development to improve outcomes and experiences for all stakeholders. He currently serves on the board of The Water Council, a Milwaukee-based not-for-profit.
Marius Seglias
Executive Vice President – Group Operations
Marius joined IXOM in 2025 and has over 30 years of experience in engineering, operations, manufacturing, plant management and senior leadership functions, across a range of chemical and other manufacturing industries.
Marius is passionate about the "Four Pillars of Manufacturing," which are personal and process safety, quality and quality management, reliability, and the development and growth of people and talents.
Marius holds a B.Sc. in Process & Engineering Technology, a Masters in Business Administration and completed executive courses at IMD Lausanne and most recently the COO program with MIT xPRO Boston.
David Schelbach
Chief Sustainability Officer
David’s remit encompasses IXOM’s corporate Safety, Health , Quality, Environmental and Sustainability strategy, policy and governance, and he has held this role since 2014.
David has over 20 years’ experience in large-scale manufacturing, technology management and process safety, having held regional and global sustainability and SH&E roles in Australia, Canada and the USA.
David holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland, a Diploma in Work Health and Safety from Melbourne Polytechnic and is a member of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety.
Alys Mammolito
Chief People and Culture Officer
Alys joined IXOM in 2015, and was appointed Chief People and Culture Officer in 2021.
Alys has over 25 years’ experience in human resources, across a range of disciplines including reward, transformation, information services, business partnering and recruitment.
She has held leadership roles in global organisations, including FTSE and NYSE listed companies, and has worked across a wide range of industries including financial services, IT, healthcare, energy and chemicals.
Alys holds a Bachelor of Economics and Sociology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
